Digital delivery & payment
The offline edition costs US$19, paid once. Applicable taxes and any currency conversion are shown by the checkout provider. There is no subscription, physical shipment or shipping charge.
After payment is confirmed, Gumroad provides a download link on the purchase confirmation and receipt email. The ZIP contains the standalone HTML app, sample CSVs, guide and single-user commercial license. Extract the ZIP and open the HTML file in a supported desktop browser.
If a confirmation or download is missing, check your receipt and spam folder, then contact plenoadvanced@gmail.com with your order number. Purchases are available only where the checkout provider supports the transaction and applicable restrictions permit it. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s checkout, not on this site.
Refunds, cancellations & payment disputes
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the product is not a fit. Email plenoadvanced@gmail.com from your purchase email address and include the order number. You may explain the issue, but an explanation is not required for a request within this period.
Approved refunds are processed through the original checkout provider to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the provider and your bank. We do not promise instant or automatic refunds. After a full refund, the software license ends and you should stop using the purchased copy.
This is a one-time digital purchase: there are no recurring payments to cancel and no physical item to return. For an incorrect charge or payment dispute, use the same contact address or the help option on your receipt. Contacting us first is optional and does not limit your rights with your bank or payment provider. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for a defective product.
Privacy
Your spreadsheet contents are processed in this browser. BranchProof does not upload, retain or share them. The app keeps the current review in page memory; reloading or clearing files removes it. Saving a local project explicitly downloads both input spreadsheets, decisions, notes and filters to your device. It is not a cloud backup. Keep downloaded projects and reports private; they remain on your device until you remove them.
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies to the application. The website hosting service may process ordinary technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to operate and secure the site. Opening external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
If you buy the product, the checkout and payment providers process order, billing and payment information under their own policies. The seller may receive order details needed to deliver the product, provide support, process refunds and keep required business records. The app does not collect full card numbers.
If you email us, your email address, message and any voluntarily supplied order information are handled through the support mailbox to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive files. Support and order information is retained as needed to handle requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. For privacy questions or an access, correction or deletion request, email plenoadvanced@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained when required by law.
Terms of use & license
The purchase covers BranchProof version 1.1 for one individual, on that person’s devices, with unlimited own or client projects. You may share exported CSVs and reports with your clients and keep backup copies. You may not resell, publicly distribute or sublicense the application itself. Additional users need separate licenses.
The product reviews existing locations using English-header UTF-8 CSV or TSV files. The offline edition supports up to 10,000 locations, 250 columns, 600,000 cells and 8 MB per input file. A current desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari is required. XLSX files must first be exported as CSV.
Use only data you are authorized to process. Keep a fresh original export, review your selections and inspect Google’s import preview before applying changes. BranchProof does not connect to Google, publish updates, verify a business, validate every field or guarantee acceptance, rankings, sales or prevention of every error. Personalized consulting and guaranteed future upgrades are not included.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as described without a guarantee of uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or remedies. Any material change to the product or purchase terms will be shown before a new purchase. No special discount or promotional conditions are currently offered.
